Jay-Z is allegedly being called the “Hurricane Sandy Guardian Angel” for his good deed during the superstorm that left lower Manhattan without power.
New York Post reports that Jay and his wife, Beyonce, moved uptown after Sandy hit. But the talk around Tribeca is that Hov bought a power generator for his building. Located on 195 Hudson St., the building also houses his $7 million loft, which means his home had plenty of power.
There hasn’t been a confirmation yet from Jay or a representative, but chances are the hip-hop mogul gave back to his city once again.
