AraabMUZIK is prepping his sophomore album, currently untitled, for sometime in 2013. Today, speaking to Billboard, he revealed he'll be working with Skrillex, Diplo, 12th Planet and Zeds Dead on it. In terms of a dream collaboration, he says, "My dream already came true with everyone that I want to work with. It's a good place to be in, production-wise!"
To keep his growing fan-base satisfied, he's planning a remix album with Ultra Records slated for early next year, and says his Soundcloud will be very active with plenty of bonus content.
While AraabMUZIK remains heavy within the hip-hop community, working recently with Joe Budden, Fabolous, Styles P and others, he also touched on adding DJing to his schedule with his live show. "They are both equal. I'm an artist now. When I go into the studio now to work on my own material, I'll be in artist mode. I'll be both together."
If fans thought he was turned up in 2012, it sounds like the "MVP of the MPC" will look to top this one in 2013 with an album, plenty of touring and, of course, much more production in the works.
