Justin Bieber fooled us all earlier this week when he said someone stole his computer with personal footage. That ended up being part of his new music video for “Beauty and a Beat” featuring Nicki Minaj. In the clip, Bieber holds a camera as he shows the good times everyone is having at a water park.
