Bedroom composer Chad Valley (a.k.a. Hugo Manuel) has landed a pretty big duet for his next album. Today Manuel unveils “I Owe You This,” his collaboration with Brooklyn chillwaver Twin Shadow. The crooners share the mic with ease over an ecstatic synthpop beat.
