The raucousness resulting from the BET Awards might have subsided for the time being but the turmoil for Atlanta rappers is still ongoing. According to TMZ, Lil Scrappy was arrested earlier today on the side of a road and taken into custody. He was booked at the DeKalb County Jail.
Apparently Scrappy had violated his probation, a charge stemming from a 2008 marijuana conviction in which the A-Town rapper was ordered to refrain from the use or possession of any alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs.
