Earlier this morning, Bobby Brown was arrested for driving under the influence for the second time this year. TMZ reports that Brown was swerving on a street in Los Angeles at around 1 a.m., which caused officers to pull him over.
The officers approached Brown’s vehicle where they detected a strong odor of alcohol. When they asked him to get out of his car, he was subjected to perform a field sobriety test. He failed and police arrested him for DUI. He is currently in jail.
Brown’s previous DUI case was in March, when he sought treatment for alcohol abuse over the summer. There is no word on when he will be released.
