Jay-Z helped close out his Made In America music festival tonight by joining Sunday's headliners Pearl Jam for a rendition of "99 Problems." It was quite a moment for those in attendance, and word quickly spread through the Twittersphere of the onstage collaboration between two of the greatest American music acts of all time.
