BET's Music Matters Tour, headlined by Kendrick Lamar and featuring Ab-Soul, Stalley, and Jay Rock, made a stop in Washington D.C. Friday night at the Howard Theatre. It was quite a show, and all the performers had the crowd rocking as they displayed their high quality rap skills.
