Lil Wayne's upcoming album I Am Not A Human Being II has been pushed back until December 11. This comes one day after it was announced for a November release. I doubt Weezy has any worries as earlier today he surpassed Elvis Presley for most singles in Billboard history, on his 30th birthday no less.
