A man named Jason Luis Rivera was arrested early this morning after trying to break into Miley Cyrus' house in Los Angeles. The intruder, who was armed with a pair of scissors, hopped Miley's fence and told police he was on her property because he was trying to meet her. Unfortunately for him, Miley was not home at the time the incident occurred, and 911 was called by someone else who was home leading to his swift apprehension.
What's up with the scissors anyway? Didn't this dude see that Miley just got a haircut?
