Gucci Mane caused quite a stir when he allegedly pushed a woman out of a moving Hummer back in 2011. Now, the judge is ordering him to pay the woman $60,000 in damages.

Gucci was arrested and served six months in jail after pleading guilty for the incident. It all started when Diana Graham refused to go to a hotel with him, provoking Gucci to push her out of his car.

Graham sued the rapper and claimed anguish, pain and emotional distress. A judge in Georgia ruled in her favor by a default because Gucci failed to show up to court and provided a false statement. The judge awarded $58,161.24 for her lawsuit, and gave her permission to go after Gucci’s cars, bank accounts, and other assets to get her money.
