Three of the biggest women in music are coming together this fall to honor Oprah Winfrey and Beninoise singer/songwriter Angélique Kidjo. Alicia Keys is hosting the Keep a Child Alive Black Ball in New York in November with help from Beyoncé and Carole King. All three musicians will perform at the ninth annual event alongside the Alabama Shakes and emcee Whoopi Goldberg.

The Black Ball will benefit children and families affected by AIDS. The whole thing goes down November 1 at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City.
