Rihanna was featured on tonight's episode of Oprah's Next Chapter, and in an interview filmed on her home island of Barbados, she opened up to Oprah Winfrey about the current state of her relationship with her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, as well as the night three years ago when he assaulted her. About their current relationship, she explains, "We've been working on our friendship again, and now we're really, really close friends. We built a trust again, and that's it. We love each other, and we probably always will."
Rihanna goes on to clarify that her and Chris Brown are not dating again, saying that he is "in a relationship of his own," and that she is "single." She also confirms that the rumors saying she was seen with him recently in St. Tropez are true, and talks about what it is like now when she sees him. Watch the full clip above.
