E-40 and Too $hort’s joint performance on day two of Rock The Bells 2012 schooled fans on their extensive catalogue from different eras of hip-hop. The next stop of the festival is in Mountain View, Calif., but E-40 says he won’t be able to perform on his own soil.
In this interview with Fuse, 40 Water explained that the city of Mountain View banned him and $hort. They didn’t give a reason why yet, which leaves all of their fans without a performance from the Bay Area legends.
