Christopher "Cam" Martin, best known for his work with Hurricane Chris and Yung Berg, was found shot to death this past Saturday, Aug. 4 outside of an abandoned home in Berkeley County, South Carolina. His death is being investigated as a homicide by police.
Martin's career as an entrepreneur in hip-hop is well known and storied, particularly because he was only 34 years old when he passed. In addition to being the CEO of Camouflage Management at the time of his death, he was the onetime director of A&R at Polo Grounds and served as an an artist manager at Jive Records.
Yung Berg tweeted the following in the memory of Martin when he learned of his death.
