Game joins a slew of rappers who have been sued for unauthorized use of an instrumental. Producer Infamous, who was responsible for “Skate On” off Game’s California Republic mixtape, has filed a $100,000 lawsuit against the Compton rapper.

Infamous claims he offered Game the beat for “Skate On” early in 2010 to see if he wanted it for any of his future projects. Infamous says that he never heard back from Game and he later saw the song placed on California Republic without his approval.

When Game was reached to resolve the issue back in April, he failed to respond back. Infamous says that he typically charges around $20,000 to $25,000 for a beat.
