Chris Brown and Drake’s recent lawsuit from Greenhouse and W.i.P. isn’t the last. The hip-hop/R&B stars face another lawsuit stemming from their bar brawl in June at a New York club, this time from a male model who claims he suffered major injuries.

Romain Julien filed a lawsuit in New York Supreme Court where he detailed his injuries from sitting at nearby table during the brawl. Julien says in the lawsuit that the brawl resulted in a severed tendon in his right hand. He also allegedly endured numerous cuts from broken glass, cosmetic deformity, and mental distress.

Julien, who is a model with Re:Quest Model Management, also names Greenhouse and W.i.P. in the suit. He claims that the people who run both clubs failed to provide security and created a hostile environment by serving liquor to patrons.

His lawsuit describes Brown as having a “hot temper” that only pushed Drake more into their altercation. He is seeking actual and punitive damages. Representatives for both Drake and Chris Brown have not responded.
