Sometimes in life, it's better to be the facilitator than the guy in the cut. That's exactly what Lighty did when he introduced John Meneilly to Jay-Z's music. Meneilly would play a major role in putting together the historic Hard Knock Life tour. He went on to became Jay's business manager and one of his closest advisers to this day.
