On today's episode of MTV's RapFix Live, host Sway played guest Lupe Fiasco a video of a segment they filmed together years earlier called "My Block," which showed Lupe in his old neighborhood, along with footage of some of his friends and family. As the segment ended, Lupe was in tears on the couch. After composing himself, he said, "The dudes in that video, you know, in and out of prison. A couple FED cases. Then, there's ghosts. You see people that ain't there." He continued, in response to the segment, saying, "You feel hopeless. It's a terrible thing." Watch the emotional clip above. It contains plenty of real talk.
