Rick Ross called in to Bootleg Kev's radio show earlier, and there was plenty to discuss, with the MMG album Self Made Vol. 2 out in stores, and his solo album God Forgives, I Don't due July 31. Rozay spoke on many topics during the course of the interview, and took time to focus on the making of a couple of his new album cuts too. He said about his new song "3 Kings" with Dr. Dre and Jay-Z, "Just witnessing that, being in the studio with both of them dudes, man, it was a hell of a experience. It was something that I could never even really see happening. So, on a personal level, that was big for me."

He also talked about his collaboration "Sixteen" with Andre 3000 and called it "a classic," and described the title, saying, "When you get a track you really love, sometimes sixteen bars is not enough to really express yourself. So we just went to that next level." He said Andre not only raps, but plays the guitar and banjo on the song, and also sings on it. Ross also discussed how he was first introduced to Rockie Fresh and what led to him signing to MMG, and addressed the rumors that he may be signing west coast rapper Nipsey Hussle next.
