The Based God returneth. Late last night, the most prolific rapper in the game, aka Lil B, dropped a brand-new mixtape in Obama BasedGod. It's a 17-track collection with a heavy focus on politics and societal issues that just might be summed up by the third track's title: "Vote for Lil B."
