Justin Bieber is being sued for $9 million for allegedly doing permanent damage to a concertgoer's ears. According to TMZ, the suit states that Stacey Wilson Betts took her daughter to see a Justin Bieber concert in 2010 in Portland, Oregon, and her ears were damaged by the loud screaming by Justin's fans, which he was orchestrating from the stage, pointing to the different sections of the crowd and calling for them to make noise.

Betts says it was even worse when he hopped into a gondola and acted as a "sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my ears." She says she now suffers from tinnitus, which causes a constant pulsating sound that makes it hard to sleep, as well as other hearing-related damage. The suit, which includes Bieber, his label, the concert promoter, and the arena, totals over $9 million. Bieber has yet to comment.
