Things got out of hand at the A$AP Mob's show in October 2011 at the Fader Fort in New York City. A brawl broke out when a stage manager, Anthony Montalbano, attempted to take the sound equipment off the stage because he claimed it was being damaged.

But when he approached the equipment, the crew allegedly "beat the hell out of him on stage." That's the word according to his suit against the Mob, Sony Music Entertainment, and Fader Media Network. Montalbano claims the appropriate steps weren't taken in giving him security so he could safely remove the equipment.

While a monetary amount isn't cited, he is "seeking compensatory and punitive damages for "negligent hiring, emotional distress, assault and battery and negligence." He had to receive 10 stitches as a result of his injuries.
