On a day of big releases from Nas, Rick Ross, and Young Money, the Twitter streets were all talking about the Internet debut of “New God Flow.” When Pusha was asked about the musical direction of the song in a recent interview, he simply said, "It's just upper level hip-hop. It's just my way of saying that my level of hip-hop and level of lyricism is just Godly."

Well, Pusha is definitely onto something with the new single off Cruel Summer. The label boss gave us a preview earlier this week, and he comes through in all his glory here. They go bar for bar in a test of lyrical one-upmanship (“Well if you go coupe/I’m going four door”) and showcase the fact that their flows are simply a cut above. If this is any indication, this might be a very cruel summer indeed. Ye’s got it on lock.
