Rihanna was among 300 people who were evacuated from a hotel after an early morning fire started in an elevator shaft.
The 24-year-old Barbadian singer was inside the luxury Corinthia Hotel during the blaze. Once she escaped, she tweeted a photo of a fire engine in front of the hotel with the words, “Fire in the Telly #evacuationlife.” The London Fire Brigade reported that no injuries occurred during the floor fire.
Rihanna just finished performing last Sunday at the outdoor Hackney Weekend concert in London. She is currently making rounds in Europe through July 8, making stops in Norway, Sweden and Madrid.
