Rapper Lil Phat died last night at an Atlanta hospital after he was found with fatal gunshot wounds in a car in a parking garage. He was rushed to the Northside Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by staff. Apparently witnesses on the scene said they saw one or two suspects running from the parking structure. Police are reviewing surveillance camera footage from the location.
The 19-year-old rapper had ties to Lil Boosie and Webbie, as they were all signed to label Trill Entertainment. Webbie responded to the news with the following tweet:
RIP TO MY LIL BROTHER PHAT! LIFE SO FUCKED UP! TRILL4LIFE
