DC and Hooks, the DJ/producers who form the group Zeds Dead, are two of the rising stars in electronic music. The Toronto natives have a packed performance schedule this year, including some of the largest music festivals in the world. While on the road, the Sony Tablet S keeps them entertained, with great media, apps, and classic Playstation games. But the Tablet S is just as useful when it's time to work: the notepad application helps Hooks document those late night moments of inspiration, while both guys use social media for instantaneous feedback on their shows.
One upcoming event in the guys' calendar is the Electric Daisy Carnival in Las Vegas, where thousands upon thousands of screaming fans will be “putting their Z’s up” during the Zeds Dead set. The guys will be documenting this love, along with all the great stuff that happens on the road to EDC, using Sony NEX-5N cameras, the pocket-size camera with DSLR quality.
