The One of a Kind Music Access bus, presented by Dr Pepper, made its latest stop in Baltimore, Maryland, a town that’s all about crabs, sports and—when the annual Starscape Festival rolls around—electronic dance music.
Complex's Rob Kenner sat down with one of the UK’s rising stars in EDM, Joshua Steele, better know as Flux Pavilion. As Rob points out, Flux Pavilion sounds a lot more like a band than a single dude, and Mr. Steele says he is in the process of forming a group. For now, however, it’s just him making the music—and that’s what makes the music completely unique.
