Los Angeles rapper Open Mike Eagle will release his latest forward-thinking opus, 4NML HSPTL, on June 26. It's entirely produced by frequent collaborator Awkward, who has a knack for perfectly complementing Mike's free-flowing and distinctive flow. He's not behind digital bonus track "Cobra Commander," though, which is a low end-heavy jam brimming with melodic synthesizer lines.
Equally melodic is Mike, who juxtaposes himself against the always-raw and on-point Danny Brown. Together, these two are an absolute force and should probably consider working on some kind of long-form project or an EP, at least. Stream "Cobra Commander" below.
