Last night marked the airing of VH1's updated version of its Behind The Music special on The Notorious B.I.G. While much of the program remains similar to the previous one that ran some years back, there is an additional 20 minutes or so dedicated to new information surrounding his murder. VH1 spoke with former L.A.P.D. Det. Greg Kading, who says he knows who murdered Biggie Smalls -- he told us the same thing this past March.
