Today would have been The Notorious B.I.G.'s 40th birthday. While the day of his death seems to get the most attention, around here we like to remember him on his born day too. Throughout the years we've seen rappers come and go while hip-hop goes through style changes, awkward phases, and a rapid evolution. It's interesting though—and fitting for a guy whose life was tragically cut short—that Biggie never gets old.
