A Miami landlord is suing Sean Kingston, who rented her $25,000/month mansion last year and apparently did tens of thousands of dollars worth of damage. According to the landlord, Sean left the place with broken lights and sprinkler heads, holes in the wall, and broken railing around the waterfront dock.
Not only was there extensive damage done, but the landlord claims that Sean bailed out on the lease agreement early, which was a breach of contract. She's suing for over $70,000.
No response from Sean or his roommate (who also happens to be his mother) yet.
