Blowing into Atlanta.

The One of a Kind Music Access bus, presented by Dr Pepper, made its latest stop in Atlanta, Georgia, which over the past 20 years has become one of the most important breeding grounds for hip-hop and R&B musicians. Atlanta's musical influence now reaches around the globe, and the local scene continues to churn out hit-makers.

Complex's OJ Lima spoke with horn-playing prodigy Troy "Trombone Shorty" Andrews, who has been playing since the age of four, and touring nearly as long. A native Southerner, Trombone Shorty has fond memories of playing Atlanta; he even once chartered a jet to be sure he made an ATL performance on time. Check the video of Shorty in action on the trumpet, and you'll see why he's one of the most decorated young jazz musicians playing today.

There are still 11 more stops on the One of a Kind Music Access road trip, so keep checking in with Complex for more videos, pics, and updates. You can also keep up with the #alwaysoneofakind hashtag on Twitter for up-to-the-minute information. Enter our sweepstakes below for a chance to win a trip to the final destination, the Pitchfork Festival in Chicago.
