Don't call it a hologram.

After the 2Pac hologram, we're all waiting to see what other dead musicians will be resurrected for live shows. We saw cardboard Biggie, and up next we have a Freddie Mercury "optical illusion of sorts" set to join the surviving members of Queen during a performance of West End musical We Will Rock You.

Guitarist Brian May insists that it's not a hologram, but that people will still come out of the show saying, "Did we actually see Freddie?" He also explains that this has been in the works for a while now: "It's a little unfortunate they did that thing with Tupac as we've been trying to make Freddie appear on the stage for quite a while."

The special performance goes down on May 14 at London's Dominion Theatre.
