Frances Bean Cobain -- the daughter of Courtney Love and the late Kurt Cobain -- now has full control over her father's publicity rights and image. The Fix obtained previously sealed documents outlining that Love gave up the rights in exchange for a $2.75 million loan from Frances' trust fund in 2010.

As a result, the 19-year-old has the final say in any business negotiations related to her father's name, image, and appearance. Said negotiations are handled through business entity End of Music LLC, which generates money through the use of Cobain's likeness and name. Love remains a member of the company, though she now has absolutely no ability to make any decisions regarding the former Nirvana frontman.
