Album: Word of Mouf
It doesn't take a genius to figure out why No Limit Records' domination ended in the late '90s: when longtime production crew Beats By The Pound split with Master P, the label's signature sound left with them. Luckily, Ludacris recruited KLC (BBTP's central member) to contribute a track to his second album Word Of Mouf.
The result was a throwback to No Limit's lo-fi mosh-pit anthems that still falls perfectly in line with Luda's throw-them-bows style. With a brilliantly blunt hook ("Move, bitch—get out the way!") and an appearance from No Limit's rawest refugee, Mystikal, this was the perfect recipe for club mayhem.
