Details on the singer's legal trouble are in, and it's not looking good.

Back in January, Puddle Of Mudd lead singer Wes Scantlin was pulled over by cops and arrested when they found some suspicious substances. TMZ has learned that Scantlin has been charged with felony cocaine possession, as well as being under the influence and driving without a license. He's pled not guilty, but if he ends up getting convicted on the charges, he could face over 4 years in jail.
