For many gifted young athletes across the country, next Thursday will be a day of celebration and/or heartbreak. That night marks this year's NFL Draft, when the best and brightest college football players will see exactly where their life is headed next. And to celebrate the occasion, two of music's best have joined forces to soundtrack the event.

Nas and Austin-based blues musician Gary Clark Jr. hit the studio together to rework "Bright Lights" and transform it into a draft night anthem. The Clark Jr. original now features some inspirational verses from Nas, who sounds right at home over the bluesy guitars and crunchy drums.

You can find the original version on Clark Jr.'s Bright Lights EP, which is out now, and stream the new version featuring Nas below. You'll be able to hear this new version during the draft, which starts at 8 p.m. on April 26.
