Quamine Taylor, a 30-year-old from Queens, is a big fan of Diddy. He's also mentally unstable. The combination led to some odd behavior one night when he wanted to "get out of the city." After going off his medications, Taylor decided to pay a visit to Diddy's East Hamptons mansion. Diddy wasn't home at the time, so Taylor snuck in through the basement and hung out in the crib for 24 hours, eating, drinking liquor, and even trying on clothes he found in the closet.
“I’ve actually been going to the house from time to time since 2001,” Taylor told The Post yesterday at the Suffolk County Jail. “I stay there a lot, but Sean gets funny sometimes about me staying there. I really didn’t go to Diddy’s house because I’m a big fan of his. I just wanted to get out of the city for a while. I was actually hoping to stay like 15 to 17 days,” he said.
When security arrived after the alarm was triggered, Taylor managed to convince them that he was part of Diddy's crew and he was allowed to stay. He wasn't caught until the next day, when a caretaker found him and called the police.
"I got a good night’s sleep, but it’s not anything too special," Taylor says of his stay.
