For the lead single off his upcoming DJ Conductor album, De La Soul's DJ Maseo has teamed with longtime fan Mac Miller. The resulting cut, “I Bring The Soul & He Brings The Funk,” is an upbeat, slick joint primed for weekend parties in these coming warmer months. While the other members of De La Soul, Posdnuos and Dave, are busy with their own side project in First Serve, their DJ/producer is certainly having no problem breaking out on his own.
