A grand jury in Georgia has indicted Young Vito, the rapper accused of murdering Slim Dunkin in Atlanta this past December, for charges of murder, felony murder, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm yesterday. Initial reports stated that the two got into an argument over a piece of candy, but it has since been discovered that it was over studio time. Dunkin was shot in the chest and pronounced dead at Grady Hospital later that evening.
No trial date for Vito has been set as of yet.
