After building a buzz with a stellar free release, Golden Age, in late 2009, Boston's Sonnymoon watched their musical stock rise to the point they inked a deal with Los Angeles' forward-thinking Plug Research label. From there, the electronic duo got to work on the 2012 EP, which dropped this past January, and their proper full-length debut.
While Sonnymoon won't be out until May 22, we're getting a preview of what to expect here in the hypnotizing video for lead single "Just Before Dawn." The dreamy two-part track serves as a soundtrack for hallucination-esque visual effects, which are complemented by the warm swashes of synthesizers, strings, and Anna Wise's gorgeous voice.
