Don't you just love it when political figures quote rap? Who knew legislators from the House of Representatives in Florida were up on Jay-Z's music like that?
During a meeting on the House floor, Rep. Alan B. Williams quoted "99 Problems" to bring his point home about a certain amendment to his peers. As he stepped down from giving his argument, he was immediately corrected by Rep. Dean Cannon, as Williams quoted the Hov line wrong.
