Eminem and Justin Bieber, an unlikely pairing for a bill if there ever was one, are sort of/kind of at the center of a legal battle over a concert in Seoul, South Korea. You see, the show, which was set to feature either artist or both, will never occur.
But it was in the planning stages in 2010, when the Moonstone Management company claims it hired another company named J-Mike to get the Biebs or Em on the bill. J-Mike allegedly strung along Moonstone for months with $300,000 in its wallet and eventually walked away. With the money.
Moonstone has taken their case to the legal system and filed a lawsuit again J-Mike in Los Angeles County Superior Court.
