El-P just announced the follow-up to 2007's I'll Sleep When Your Dead called Cancer For Cure. The album will see appearances from Killer Mike, Danny Brown, Mr. Muthafuckin' eXquire, among others, and will be out May 22 via Fat Possum. Listen to the first single, "The Full Retard," below.
