Cash Money and its artists seem to get hit with a new lawsuit every few months. The latest comes via EMI, who claim that Baby and Slim WIlliams' label owes $491,000 in unpaid royalties. The amount stems from a settlement between the parties in 2009 for samples from EMI artists that appear on Young Money records. “It is clear from Defendant’s conduct that it has no intention of honoring the Agreement,” the complaint continues.
