Police have charged Bobby Brown with two misdemeanors, driving under the influence and driving with a suspended license. Police said Bobby blew a .12 on the breathalyzer after being pulled over in the early afternoon for talking on his cell phone and smelling strongly of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested and taking into custody.
Each charge can carry $1,000 fines and six months of jail time.
