NY Daily News was treading on thin ice when they published an article about Jay-Z's "Glory." The piece expressed the author's hopes for the effect the song would have on black fathers, and while it seemed to be a well-intentioned piece, it had many people angry that the positive song about the birth of Jay and Beyoncé's child was turned into a racial issue.
"The best part? A lot of other babies are going to benefit. Because Jay-Z’s ecstatic reaction to being a dad will be the strongest boost yet to a growing movement in the black community encouraging responsible fatherhood."

Two hours later, the publication apologized and started replying to angry readers.
