Artists sacrifice a lot to make sure they deliver a good show for their fans. Jason Derulo took things to a new level and actually broke his neck in the process of putting on an entertaining performance. He shared the proof on Facebook, and seems to be in pretty high spirits considering he's got a fractured neck. That's dedication.
