Eleven days after we saw one of the worst tattoos in recent memory -- some woman got DRAKE tattooed on her forehead -- we have another one that might be worse. Nah, it is. Some rapper by the name of Mingo Baby, got tattooed "Free Lil Boosie" on the right side of his face/forehead.
